I am a self-made baker. It is something that I've just taken an interest in and decided to DO! I've spent many hours poring over YouTube videos and websites to learn the basics and to study various techniques to apply to my bakes. Any new endeavor I embark upon starts with LOTS of study first! 

I work full-time as an account manager at a company that makes mail. My life partner and I have a fantastically talented, gorgeous, and funny young daughter and two tuxedo cats, which make baking a challenge sometimes!

I would love to have my own bakery or at least a business where I could sell my baked goods. I don't see that as an option right now but who knows what the future may bring!
