On this page, you can find a collection of my achievements during my baking adventure. 

I entered what I called Peach Dream cupcakes into the Allentown Fair Baking Contest under the amateur cupcake contest. There were 11 entrants, which were whittled to 6 (which they increased from 4 because there were so many good options!). I made it through to this round, then they chose three winners.

My cupcakes consisted of:

• peach cake (with actual peaches in it)

• vanilla cream cheese filling

• peach-flavored cream cheese frosting, which was colored with yellow, orange, and red to look similar to the colors of a peach

• a chocolate leaf decoration colored with green food coloring
